Hair test #198, Please help interpret

I have AI and HTI by books by Andy. From what I can tell, I may have

both thyroid and adrenal issues. My arsenic and copper levels are

both high in yellow. I don't meet counting rules 2 or 3. My lithium

level is low red. Should I supplement?

I may meet counting rule 1 based on whether phosphorus is counted as

going right. I found two examples in HTI where it appears Andy does

not count phosphorus levels at 201(p45-46) and 203(57-58) as going

right. My phosphorus is 202. The range of 160-250 is the same for

his examples and mine.

I'm not sure how concerned I should be about the arsenic anc copper

levels. I am having my water tested.
