I just got off the phone with Jane and you've got the right hotel. (It is the Courtyard Chatanooga-I-75. This is the same hotel we used at the gathering 2 years ago) but apparently this is not set up in their system yet. There's paperwork that had to go back to Leanne and then back to Marriott and that won't be complete till Monday at the earliest.

My suggestion would be to call next Tuesday or Wednesday. I would also call the direct number to the hotel as they will have the information about our group where the general Marriott 800 customer service folks may not.
