Possibly dump phase

Hi just wondering if you could tell me if this seems like dump phase,

or am i just going through one of bad times.

Had a headache on and off for the last week, feel even more tired than

normal, and all my legs are aching like an old man. Ive had a months

break from chelation while i have done a hummaworm cleanse ( i didnt

feel like this at the start tho) and due to start back chelation in 2

days.

I found cleanses depleted my minerals in general and that

that is what I would look into if your system is down. Do

you take many supplements? Do you take enough of them?? would

be questions I would look into.

I still am amazed at how much of a difference a few little

pills can make and make such a difference for a particular

symptom. My most impressive difference so far being a

complete reversal of mitral valve prolapse , something with no

traditional medical help, within a month of taking coenzyme

So make sure you watch how things go after taking a

supplement and check to see if your dose of supplements is

sufficient. I have learned that if it says take one on the

bottle I may often need 2, 3 even 4 times the amount

----------It's always hard to tell what is causing what, especially when

you're trying different things. Could be side effects from the cleanse. And

just to make it clear to newcomers, that these cleanses really aren't part of

Andy's protocol, just something some people try on their own. I'm not saying

they are good or bad and I have never done one myself, and some people have

reported good results from them, I'm just making it clear that it's not a

required part of Andy's protocol.

And how many months post amalgam removal are you, if you think it might just

be the dump phase?----------Jackie

-----------Hopefully others will respond with their experiences with parasite

cleanses, but I'm thinking these could be symptoms related to the cleanse.

Perhaps you are having side effects from a die off of parasites.--------Jackie

-----------If you have taken a months break from chelation, especially during

the dumping phase, then yes, you may be feeling more toxic now. I think I have

felt it " build up " when I have taken breaks for various reasons, feeling like I

have gotten more toxic and really need to do another round. So this is also a

possibility, but really hard to say which, or both, are causing your symptoms.

-----------Well, trying a round of chelation might answer your question. If

you feel better after getting back to chelation and the symptoms go away, then

it is probably due to the chelation break. But if you try a round, and if all

or most of the symptoms are still there, then I would suspect it is die off from

the cleanse. So I would try a round, and see how you feel. And report back to
