Benefiber in pill form is what I can tolerate. And yes, unfortunately, not

taking it may be causing the numerous movements:( It doesn't stay in there long

enough to bulk up.

Now, new discovery.....Gas-X. I have no idea why ithelps, but it does. Plus you

have the added benefit of it helping with indigestion and sour tummy. AND it is

over the counter:)

Good Morning everyone.. Well TDay is what a week away. I can hardly wait to

head out to Lauries and start baking. LOL

Is amazing how much the fun it is when you don't have to host the occasion

or buy all the groceries for it. She buys it and I will cook it. LOL.. Just

have to figure out how I am going to get into the house while she and hubby

are at work.

I went to church yesterday. Had originally thought that I would

not make it but I did and glad of it. We only meet once a month in Austin..

So if I don't go I am missing a lot. Pastor gave a good sermon about the

Strong Arm of the Lord and would love to share it with anyone interested,

just email me off list. My email is visible to all. I thought it quite

appropriate for what we are going through here.

Today I am hoping to box up some books and take them to the

library. What to clean off one shelf I have in the corner here, and then

maybe can clean off my desk. LOL.. It looks like a true flat filing cabinet

but in layers.. LOL.

I started taking my Osteo Bioflex for my joints again and hope

it helps but learned of a new item called Drinkables. Was coupon for them in

yesterday's paper.

They have 3, one for calcium, two for joints. One bottle is I think a month

supply. The doses are ½ oz. They say the effect is more immediate than

taking the pills which could take up to 60 days before effects are felt.

They are sposed to be available and most drugstores, Walmart is sposed to

carry them as well. I want to at least try it and see if it works faster.

Depends on cost too. Is a website http://www.drinkables.com/vshtml/

Me too very excited with the move.

I'm wondering if I shoud start and end my day with Citrucel; I hate these

multiple wormy movements. Wormy = small.

I have gotten pretty good with breakfast foods and other meal too. Trying for

two meals a day. If I don't hav emuch food in the house, it's pastina.

I got the porta potty and cabana so I'll be ready if I need them.

Jolene, I just love ham hocks. Used to fix them with sour kraut. Are

Correction we are having pizza for supper. Still heating up the ham hocks. I

may freeze them for later. Don't know how cabbage freezes though..

Yes are smoked. I had to make two packages to get enough meat and flavor..

They are really good. If I had used beans instead of cabbage maybe kids

would eat them then. Grrrr. Jolene

Guess I'm a southern gal also. lol I live in southern Ohio. ha ha

down by the Ohio River.

doing real good today, only had 3 quick runs to the bathroom. almost

made it the last time. lol.

Happy Birthday Marty, may you have many more.

It is icy out here today, looks really pretty on the pine trees, but

i'm staying inside ..... The electric was off for 3 hours yesterday,

and we have an all electic house. was getting kind of cool by the

time they got it back on.i layed on the couch coverd up with blanket

and read all day. felt nice not having to get up and do any kind of

work. ha ha.

Praying for all of us, seems like we are getting new ones every day.

Don't know why they can't find what really causes cancer.

Hope Glen and Phil are having a peaceful day.
