Test results show low pregnenolone

I am Hg toxic and my blood work from last three years( from same lab)

show gradual decline in pregnenolone. In 2005 it was 132 ng/dl and in

2007 it was 38 ng/dl. My doctor says this shows adrenal reserve a bit

low but does not really take it seriously. I suffer from enormous

fatigue and brain fog. Please tell me what to do????
