Guest guest
Juts wondering if any can give me some insight into this, or themselves has " cured " their yeast from chelating. Ive read it takes around a years worth of chelating before the yeast clears up. So around the year mark do you just wake up one morning and the yeast has gone, or is a slow process over a week with extreme die off ? Also after the yeast has cleared were you able to eat yeast like food ie bread straight away, or did that only come about later ? Thanks
Guest guest
I am talking about my experience with yeast on another group.. I had thought that chelation had lowered my candida problems but I am wondering looking back that it could be from taking apple cider vinegar 20 minutes before each meal. It was after doing this for sometime that I was able to get back to sweets in doses that would have been intolerable before.. Googles say it is helpful.. I know vinegar is one of those things I had thought was a big no no but the apple cider vinegar is different. THe first day or two i had alot of gas and almost stopped . FOrtutanely I did not as my digestion improved alot by that third day and I really needed it with every meal. IT has to be apple cider vinegar ,, not pasteurised and raw.. with the good buggies in it..... no other substitutes will work.. Guest guest
Seems to me I read that ACV before meals lowers insulin resistance (which might explain your improvement in tolerance for sweets). Some even claim it helps with weight loss. Could be a problem for salicylate sensitive people, though, because it's made from apples. I can't handle it - it makes me cough and feel as though I'm going to choke. Even oil and vinegar dressing bothers me sometimes, except if it's made with rice vinegar. Guest guest
Hi Tina . As I did have some sort of die off or something before I got alot of improvement by the third day.. I would start with a half teaspoon and work up to a tablespoon in a cup of water 20-30 - minutes before eating . nanci -- In frequent-dose-chelation , " tinapachniak " wrote: > > Nanci- How much apple cider vinegar do you take, and do you put it in > water?
