I had not eaten flesh proteins for the 30 years prior to DMSA done in Frequent dosing , plus lecithin before each meal.. I never liked beef as a kid, Now I love it.. I wonder it isnt the tuarine in it which I have only had a couple of bottles over the past year.. I am now having it regularly.. It helps with bile production and stomach acid as per Andys book... Sometimes our body does give us signs.. And from another post I find that lecithin is cheap taken through the granules , not the pills. I used to be able to buy the liquid.. now I make it myself. I dissolve it in a little boiling water. Put the granules in a jar you do not want to keep { it is hard to clean} then add a little water to cover.. I take a good teaspoon before each meal.
