Hi Mike,

Thanks for the info. 'could not load the whole address, but was able to get

in through /articles. I have not found the particular article you wrote about yet,

but lots of interesting stuff.

I usually find it amusing when someone writes about all of the good stuff

caused by all of those electrons entering, but usually without mentioning that

an equal number leave LOL.

Without a firm understanding of exactly how benefits come about, I usually

fall back on the thought that--at least--a certain amount of 'dithering' takes

place. And dithering usually is beneficial as long the magnitude is not excessive.
