Guest guest
Just wondering if anyone has had this effect during a round? It's not something I've experienced before. Doesn't seem to have anything to do with when I take a dose, just getting these sleepy spells where I want to doze. Here I was, saying how much better I felt last winter when I was chelating. I'm not feeling much on this round so far apart from the sleepiness and some adrenal strain (not as bad last last time because I increased my medrol dose, haven't stress dosed at all this time). Thanks, .
Guest guest
-I find sleepy has to do with digestion. Does it happen after eating?? ALso I had great help from a techique called darn cannot remember.. It was somewhat similar to cranial sacral , but a wee bit different. I beleive it cured my constant sleepiness because of several head concussions I had had. ONly one treatments cured it. Shall try to remember..it was discovered by a french man.. darn,, not coming.. Guest guest
Thanks Dean, Neat you've got it... Yes visceral manipulation , the name Barrel was the clincher.. It was another of my amazing healings. I was just plain sleepy all day long.. I had a hard time from first thing in the morning keeping my eyes open.. ONe treatment and that completely went away.. never to return. I went for another treatment to see if it would cure anything else but that seemed to be it.. I had a concussion as a 9 year old. Many falls off of horses and another concusion from a bicycle accident in my 20s and wonder if this is what it was working on. ... After a whiplash 8 years later where my neck was very bad , I went back for massage and visceral manipulation and it really helped .. but do not know which helped at that point.. the massage or the manipulation.. nanci > > > -I find sleepy has to do with digestion. Guest guest
Here are three causes of sleepiness during chelation, taken from my own experience: If I suddenly get sleepy about 90 minutes after eating, that usually means my body is reacting to the food--either poor digestion (not enough enzymes) or a food allergy. If I am sleepy in general every day during chelation, it might be sleep deprivation--I take DMSA every 3 hours, and taking doses at 11pm, 2am, and 5am impinges on my sleep schedule. If I am fine one day and sleepy the next, that tells me that it's time to stop the round of chelation and rest for a few days. Maybe I measured out too large a dose, or maybe my adrenals are exhausted, or whatever. HTH, > > Just wondering if anyone has had this effect during a round?
