" I can understand being careful with licorice, caffeine, or any other adrenal stimulant, to avoid placing excess demand on the adrenals. But my understanding is that ACE nourishes, not stimulates, the adrenals. (There was a discussion like this in recent months on one of these boards, but I can't seem to find it or remember the exact conclusions...)
