Guest guest
I like these tiny in-ear ones. http://www.minicastle.com/ It is not a clock - you just set it for the length of time before your next dose. I just use these during the day when I am away from home. At home I have 4 alarm clocks set at 3 hourly intervals. Val Can anyone recommend a 100pct reliable pocket alarm clock that keeps ringing until i turn it off. Sunshine
Guest guest
I use an 'IronMan Triathalon' Timex watch, it has two countdown/repeating timers and three alarms. It does not have a 'snooze', which would be very helpful. I found a watch online with a snooze, but it was kinda pricey. Remembering doses is/was a problem for me too... I kept forgetting doses at work, and thus had many 1 or 2 days rounds. As I recall, Andy says 3 days minimum. I think this is one reason why I got worse. Without a snooze, if the alarm sounded when I was in the middle of something, I'd just 'automatic pilot' turn it off, say to myself 'I'll take in a minute', then forget. Currently this is working for me: as soon as the alarm sounds, I immediately wedge my wedding ring onto my thumb tightly... the pressure of which reminds me to take my pill once I have finished what I'm doing. Seems like remembering to take a dose after an alarm should be easy, but once chelation spaciness kicks in... not so easy. Carole
