Hi Miranda and Ken and Carol

It would be nice if we could do a West Coast thing...I can't get to NC

and its really disappointing but CA is a definitely doable. Maybe we

can all get together sometime.

Also talked to a Research doctor at Nat Jewish today and was amazed at

how gracious she was (I had " signed up " for a genetic study on Familial

IPF only yesterday) I am definitely going to get an eval there. I told

them how everyone sings their praises. She was very pleased.

I live in Buena park. 714 739-4291, Carroll Brissette, I am hoping to have a transplant done at Cedars Sinai, would love to meet others with same PF.Hi Miranda and Ken and CarolIt would be nice if we could do a West Coast thing...I can't get to NCand its really disappointing but CA is a definitely doable. Goodness gracious i think we have a lot of interest in a possible weekend get together on the west coast. any suggestions; anaheim, palm springs, lake havasu, san deigo, san francisco, seattle,? maybe early spring next yr. or even someplace this yr.?

Ken ......West Coast get-together.... We live in Oregon and made one fun trip to Olympia, near Seattle, for a member-meeting.

It would be doable for us if it's not tooooo far south (from here).

There are some of us scattered in the PNW...BJ is in Idaho, close to the OR border. I'll at least put our name in the hat and we'll see what location falls out!

If it's tooooo far south for us it would be too far to drive for just a weekend and I don't fly with all the O2 hurdles to jump.

Ke n you are correct, I would think if we did mid CA around say San Fran

we could interest the ones up in Portland too? Sounds like it would be

looks like we've got a lot of interest in a west coast get-together. just FYI let me give you me schedule. i will be in san jose august 14-16 for the antiques road show and will meet with joan who lives there. on sept. 10-13 its reno for a moose convention at the atlastis hotel, with an over night stop at my nephews in sacramento (rio linda) on the 9th. and then its back to reno march 25-28 for another moose convention, incase anyone is in those areas, or, sometime in oct. might be good but that might conflict with the tenn. groups get-together as some in that group might like to make it to the west. so, i might suggest some time in apr. or may in the bay area, sacramento, reno or las vegas, i can work with just about any place and date everyone agrees on.

Sher, Ihaven't made an appointment yet. I had to find out when hunting season is. Bob can't take me then because he has several friends coming to hunt on his property. I'm thinking of calling Monday. Ken,

Sacramento would be great, always wanted to get that far north in CA.

April would be great for me too, trying to get to National Jewish this

year will tax the budget. I'm in for April. Thanks Ken, I'm a lousy

chief on this things but a great helper, I can give one person a ride

from Phoenix or on the way as long as we can get help putting stuff like

concentrators in and out of the truck LOL.
