Guest guest
Jack.... welcome to your new home! What an interesting bldg. What's next? MamaSher; 70, IPF 3-06, OR. NasturtiumsDon't fret about tomorrow, God is already there! New Home I'm in my new home - a two BR aptartment in a remodeled high school smack in the middle of the city. In the interim, you folks have delivered up nearly 300 messages which I have scanned but cannot possibly read them all. So a warm welcome to the newbies. The breathing method espoused by Bruce and MB are correct.. I've used it most of adult life (well, there are a few around you swear I haven't reached that stage yet, but they are just being childish). I learned the method during my tours of duty with the USAF and it has been very useful in dealing IPF. If I over exert, it quickly calms my body and that is a great blessing.
