I assume you tested low, but how did you get a doctor to do this, or what made him/her suspect this? And was the test for IGF-1? Someone quite awhile ago told me to have this tested as it is often low in people with CFS. And she also told me that taking Colostrum can possibly help raise this. Now I have never had it tested, but I did take Colostrum for awhile, and I did feel an initial boost from it. So maybe this is why. I'm just curious what you know about this.
