I'm finding forskolin very helpful. (It increases the " second

messenger " , cyclic AMP, used by many hormones and neurotransmitters --

that's all I know). I don't have access to adrenal or thyroid

prescriptions (although I do have a growth hormone prescription, which

is very helpful).

--------Could you elaborate on the growth hormone thing? I assume you tested

low, but how did you get a doctor to do this, or what made him/her suspect this?

And was the test for IGF-1?

Someone quite awhile ago told me to have this tested as it is often low in

people with CFS. And she also told me that taking Colostrum can possibly help

raise this. Now I have never had it tested, but I did take Colostrum for

awhile, and I did feel an initial boost from it. So maybe this is why. I'm

just curious what you know about this. Thanks--------Jackie
