Guest guest
But what causes the poor bile flow? I am interested in this, my son has pale poops the second or third day of ALA chelation. This time I gave him taurine, glycine, and milk thistle (in a single capsule) and the next one was normal-looking. I really think it's the glycine that helps him because there is a little taurine in his chelators and I usually give milk thistle quite often. > > > > I am thinking that the DMSA probably triggered the -reaction. Guest guest
Hi .. It is a week later and have gradually increased the glycine up to 6gm a day.. My poop as changed from pale to normal this morning.. Just in case these affect bile flow , I also increased glutamine and arginine.. I did not see any reference to these aminos doing so.. nanci > > > > > <snip> > > > > Pale stools indicates poor bile flow.
