If you are concerned about the milk thistle, you don't have to use it

on the first round. You can experiment with it later to make sure it

agrees with you.

That amount should be ok, but just to make sure that you tolerate it

ok, start with one/day for a week or more, then 2/day for a week,

then 3/day. 2/day would be adequate.
