I would like to add to the other responses people have offered on this subject.

I have recently " gotten serious " about proper electrolyte replacement (lots of

info by searching " electrolyte mix " , etc on onibasu).  Also began using much

higher doses of magnesium in ionic form.

A lot of my weakened adrenal symptoms lifted from the addition of electrolytes.

I've been able to cut back on some of the stuff I was taking for adrenal

support.

I have been chelating for months without paying special attention to the

electrolyte issue and I believe I've been " running myself down " way more than

necessary because of it.

So, good luck everybody in all the continually shifting " ins and outs " of this

process!!

Thanks for posting about this . It may help alot of people. Do you mind

telling us exactly what you are doing/taking for electrolytes? And what dosage

of magnesium? Thanks----------Jackie
