Guest guest
I remember Andy saying that how much B12 anyone can tolerate is highly individual, and that the variation in amounts tolerated is huge. Some can tolerate none and others need very large quantities. > > I wonder if people can help me interpret my reaction to this? Guest guest
Hi Obviously I am one of those who can't tolerate any at all then! But what do you think actually happened when I took the B12? It is also slightly discouraging to think I still have so much mercury inside me after 56 rounds of DMSA / ALA that I was so badly affected by the methyl B12. I clearly have a long way to go :-( thanks Nicola - In frequent-dose-chelation , " " wrote: > > > I remember Andy saying that how much B12 anyone can tolerate is > highly individual, and that the variation in amounts tolerated is > huge. Guest guest
Maybe you should try another form of b-12? There is hydroxocobalamin and dibencozide, both which should be active forms of b12 usable by the body. I don't tolerate methylcobalamin but can take high doses of the other two forms of b12 I mentioned. - > > > > > > I remember Andy saying that how much B12 anyone can tolerate is > > highly individual, and that the variation in amounts tolerated is > > huge. Guest guest
I had 3 b12 injections, fine the 1st. Staring to sweat within 2 mins of the second and felt horrible all day. The 3rd time, I almost passed out and was horrible for a week. I take some oral b12 2 times a week now thats all. > > I wonder if people can help me interpret my reaction to this?
