Very good point Nanci, that when things aren't going well, it is wise to review

your supplements, and possibly make changes and/or try something new. I think

our supplement needs can change over time. Thanks for bringing this up.

My experience, prior to 4 years ago , I had very bad

depression , which was corrected with 5HTP .. I would have to

stay on for many months to correct. It went away totally for

4 years. I did a short course of Frequent dose at too high

a dose for about 4 months, two years ago. I stopped due to

problems with my kidneys.

I restarted FDC last January. THe first round the

depression returned. I went back on 5HTP for a month and

continued with FDC.. I stopped the 5HTP and the depression

has stayed away but for a few hours. SO in your case it

could also be something to do with FDC.

WHen mercury is removed that part of the body the mercury is

removed from needs time and supplemental supports to heal.

Have you got anything to help with your symptoms?? If so

increase these . Hopefully this would work. If your symptoms

are too difficult I think it is wise to discontinue

chelation until you find the supports you need. Otherwise our

bodies are too compromised by the stress of it all.
