I am trying the amino acids, rather than take the test, as some people seem to not get great results. Taurine makes me very sick . Does anyone know more than what is written in AI about having problems with taurine.... Taking more chromium has helped , so I imagine it was reactive hypoglycemia which Andy mentions happening . Taurine stimulates insulin production and lowers blood sugar. Now does this mean I have too much taurine.. or is there another part of the equation my body is missing.??? ..
