Guest guest
Progeterone, wild yam on the skin raised my temp// I still have fear of being cold , it was so bad... cold even on the hottest day of summers. Also not sweating.. My low , actually zippo testosterone lead to feeling weak and poor concentration. Actually all of the hormones low lead to poor concentration.. Pregnenolone has helped alot , even though it has not raised my other hormones... So I do not know what it actually is doing. Definitley get a hormone profile done. That plus improve adrenals, improve digestion, thyroid support if needed, ANything else??? nanci > > I have been wanting to start looking more into hormonal support. > > I want to track my temps, but I was wondering if the particular > circumstances of where I live would impact the results. > > I am working at home, and in the mornings the apartment tends to be kind of > cold, with the sun starting to come in the window in the early afternoon and > staying until sunset. Guest guest
When I was tracking temperatures I recorded early morning temp, as soon as I woke up, before getting out of bed. This is what my doctor asked me to do. He was using the book " From Fatigued to Fantastic " , plus probably other sources, and gave me thyroid hormone based on the temp chart plus other hypothyroid symptoms. When I did measure temps at other times of the day I found that my temp went even lower in the middle of the night, and increased in the day.
