I have to keep the house as dust free as possible because of my allergic family. My second thought is thyroid. Andy lists these as hypothyroid symptoms: " puffiness around the eyes, dried sticky greenish mucus between the eyelids on waking that is difficult to rub out " (p 115, AI). I don't remember it being as bad as that. I get itchy eyes in the morning. I soak them with hot wash cloths. > 2. I used to take Milkthistle with no problems but now I can't. After > taking Milk thistle my salive feels like foam. > One other herb that is often used instead of milk thistle is artichoke. For other liver support ideas look in the files section, Andy's posts, new folder, 2008, liver support. > 3.In morning I have a lot of brainfog, what should I do???? > That would most likely be an adrenal symptom. What are you doing for adrenal support? There are lots of things that you can do. Read p 118-122 of AI and tell us what you have tried so far. > 4. Get up every night to urinate at 4 but unable to fall asleep again. > Are you taking enough magnesium. Have you tried taurine to increase the absorption of Mg. There are herbal teas that you could try in the evening to help with sleep, like chamomile. Try hot epsom salts baths before you go to bed. If all else fails there is always melatonin. The waking up will be helpful when it comes time to take night doses. Hope things improve. > Please help!!!! > > thanks in advance!!! > Sunny >
Guest guest
Thank you for your input. I used to take Mg for my sleep issues and it helped but my hair analysis revealed Mg levels off the chart so I stopped. What do think ????? Last night I slept at 12 and woke up at 5 and then stayed awake for 1 hr in bed then finally got up but was really tired. I did walk for 30 minutes in the evening. Also,I want to try Phospatidylcholine but I can't eat soybeans it makes my thyroid really hypo. What is your opinion on this???? Thanks in advance!!! Regards, Sunny > > > > I want to re-start chelation but following issues are holding me > back.... > > > > 1.
