On Saturday I took 1mg of liquid methyl B12, to see if if did anything for me. Within an hour I had palpitations and tingling feet. This wore off after 1-2 hours. I started to feel unwell for the rest of the day, had a horrendous night, and had full-on mercury symptoms yesterday - feeling fluey / fatigued, liver problems, and a big metal taste in my mouth. I hit the DMSA first thing in the morning, and feel much better 24 hours later. Does anyone know what might have happened here?
