The instructions are in the links and files section. Your mercury is somewhat elevated, which might actually be a good thing, showing that you are able to excrete some of it. Many of us have very low hair mercury, meaning we are poor excretors of it and retain it. In this case, we have deranged mineral transport, pointing to mercury. But we really need to see the whole test, and some info from you on history and symptoms helps also. For a complete understanding of what the levels mean for each element on the hair test, I would suggest you get Andy's Hair Test Interpretation book. In HTI, Andy says that hair potassium does not reflect dietary intake or body burden.
