Guest guest
HI Kerry. It is a different thing I would think from person to person. I know for awhile my side affects seemed minimal and I was eagerly upping my dose. Then my body got wiped out as far as I see it from all of the extra work it was doing. I find if I am worse after and it continues past the two day after, then I take a break , and do some frazelled searching for some tings I can take to support . I should have learned by now, as it has happened alot.. taking supplements and making sure they are enough is vital to properly keeping up our strength. For me I came from a 30 year time line of terrible issues, so I know it is just going to be that much more important to be aware of my condition. Just like an athelete you cannot expect too much of our bodies.. Tell us about the digestive stuff going on?? Have you tried any supplements ??? nanci > > Am I correct in remembering that you need to wait until your symptoms from > redistribution have stopped before you start a new round? Guest guest
From what you say below, my best guess is that the nausea and vomiting could be due to a _temporary_ low level of cortisol induced by stress (in this case the stress of chelation). When cortisol is too low to provide the person's needs, at that moment in time, the pituitary is stimulated to produce ACTH. When ACTH levels build to a certain point and keep going up, because the adrenals aren't responding, that is what causes the nausea and vomiting.
