I am Dosing every 2.5 hours in the day and 3 hours in the night, 4mg

ALA only.

I forgot to take a dose on time, but remembered after 55 minutes, which

is within the 1 hour maximim limit before round should be ended, so i

contined the round. After the late dose, when are the next doses taken?

at the oringinal times, i.e. 1.5 hours later? Or 2.5 hours after the

late dose was taken?

Must say its too late now, because i took the following doses at my

normal times and kept the my regular schedule, rather than delaying

everything one hour, but nice to know if i guessed right or wrong and

if i will suffer because of it.

---------I would have suggested 2.5 hours since the last dose, and just keep

your schedule one hour later, or you could have eased back to your regular times

by taking a couple doses just a half hour early. But, earlier is always better

than later, so what you did is probably fine. If you are very sensitive you

might notice some fluctuation, because you went from 3.5 hours to 1.5 hours then

back to 2.5 hours. So let us know if you notice anything from doing

this.-------Jackie
