I was having a nightmare. I should've woken up instead of trying to go

back to sleep. Chatting with you would be better choice.

Sorry about the nightmare, Cecilia. I am up, making pancakes for my kids

(more fattening American food, LOL, lots of butter! lots of real maple

syrup! BACON as a side dish)

Well, on the whole I do cook from scratch which ought to be healthier but I

was raised by my mother to believe that there were few culinary problems

that could not be solved by adding butter.

These are real buttermilk pancakes, no mixes.
