Hello all

As suggested by this group i decided to go to ALA when my DMSA went

missing. i hadnt chelated for a couple of weeks due to a relative

being diagnosed with breast cancer recently.

i decided to go off supplements and after a week went on ALA only

dosing. i am doing about 25/20mg approx for each dosage.

The only symptoms im getting apart from using the loo more (always

happens during chelation so i see this as a good sign). Are the

headaches that i got when i was on ALA before. But the good news is

that they are more tolerable this time. Im also experiencing less

dizziness compared to about 6 months ago.

Im getting less depression since i STOPPED taking the 5htp and

licorice root extract. Also im off the fish oils.

i am currently taking (on and off round)

1000mg calcium, 800mg magnesium, b6, b12 and (when my Raynard's

playing up) milk thistle.

Also eating around 12 brazil nuts when im on round to help displace

copper. i also drink around 1 glass of 7up when i can as it contains

malic acid.

Remind me again.......i have to take the ALA for at least 36hours?

Also i can go over that amount if i wish?

So far apart from the headaches im feeling fairly ok. Also taking my

doses on time is easier without the 5htp. Im wondering how long it

will take to get the metal filling that went the wrong way out of my

system? It was only a small filling.

Another question i have to ask is.....What happens to the metals

between rounds? Do they still come out but at much slower rates?
