Jacki (NNS's) and newbies Umbrella Licences

Hi again Jackie!

Will mention to our new NNS organisers that I have an emailable NNS

expert, promise not to deluge you but a gentle rain storm might be in

order....

Getting on to this subject of rain, which we have had a lot of here in

Surrey the past two days, especially when leaving the house - I

thought I ought to warn Jackie aand other newcomers since this

droughty summer (!?) about rain and umbrellas and the correllation

between the two, and the fact that on this list you need to have a

licence to use umbrellas in case more rain is generated (with

unlicensed unbrellas) I can't remember who is in charge of this?

Anyway, just to let everyone know my rain hat got a good outing today,

and DS has taken a Bob the Builder hat in to nursery to tell them how

good they are at keeping the rain off. I have already spoken to the

nrusery school teacher about when they get to the letter 'U' (anybody

any guesses when it will be, they are on 'A' this week)

Anything to keep remotely cheerful after seeing the headlines

thismorning.
