Guest guest
Well, folks, my new electric stove was installed on Friday, and today I cooked my first thing on it. Good thing I have it too, since the prednisone has me in the manic stage, as well as too hungry to speak. The first thing I cooked up was some noodles for a kugel, which is now cooking away in the oven. Can't wait. Yum. I made some tzatziki sauce, which shortly I plan to eat with some flat bread and falafel. And there's a recipe for some posole that I'm fixin to make so...... By the time I get to Chattanooga, I may be a whole additional person! LOL.

Guest guest
Just had some - it was delish! My husband like it too. The one I made had noodles, eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, sugar, and cinnamon. I plan to freeze it in individual servings to have for breakfast. Guest guest
OOOHHH that sounds so yummy and understand all to well (after eating a ten inch chicken pot pie) the hunger pains of predisone... take care merry I count not a day complete till needle, thread and fabric do meet. 2009 will be mighty fine! Due to recent budget cuts and the rising cost of electricity, gas and oil, as well as current market conditions, the Light at the End of the Tunnel has been turned off.
