Bleech! Sounds just like what my dad did when I was young. Bleech!

Jacquie H

SO angry

Lou took Sophie to get her soccer pictures taken. He paid with a check and I

reimbursed him.

The other day, Sophie handed me a little case. " Here are my soccer pictures, "

she said. " Where are the rest of them? " I asked. All that was there were her

trading cards. " Daddy kept the rest, " she whispered.

I was furious. I paid for the pictures not him.

He clearly does not intend to give them to me. When I pointed out that I paid

for them, he said, " But you get to have her all the time, and I don't! " " That, "

I snapped " Was all YOUR doing. " " No, " he said, " I didn't want it that way. It

was your choice. "

Please someone come up here and strangle him for me!

I was so angry at him that I told him to get out. " Fine, " he said, " But I will

just leave the litte boys here too [he had come over to take them out], " Fine, "

I snapped back, but Robbie burst into tears and Lou ended up taking him.

I told my lawyer but you cannot tell me that there is anything she can do. It

is such a small amount of value, maybe $10, that I know no one will care but me.

I really really loathe him. Now I am afraid that, since he has been taking

Sophie to her games, he will do the same thing for her softball pictures. So I

guess I have to call the coach and find out when the pictures will come in and

ask if they could let me know so that I could pick them up separately

beforehand. But perhaps they will hand them out tonight.

I know how mad you must be, and I'd be LIVID too. Maybe you could

take the trading card into the kodak picture maker at walmart and get

them enlarged for your own. I know you already paid for them, but at

least you'd get a picture.

Good idea to never trust Lou the slime ball with anything. What a

jerk. You should make him pay you back.

You know, I am so vulnerable to this kind of thing because I would never

ever do it myself. If something belongs to someone and I know it, well, I

am just not going to question it at all.

I just hate the petty nastiness.

And Lou is a really good photographer and I am not and I never take pictures

so he has far more pictures than I do of the children. He has given us some

on his own accord, given them to the children was how it generally came

across, but I would never have asked.

Salli,

I am not as nice and honest as you ;-) so you give me his address and a lock

pick and I will have so many pictures for you, you can wallpaper the house. What

a jerk!!

My sister's ex is a photographer on the side, he told pix of son and then

charged my sister for copies!! This after 9 years of no child support...and she

paid it!! I understand why she did but it was SO WRONG!

Salli,

He can have as many pictures made as he likes, can't he? They usually give

you an opportunity to order another package if you like. I'd give him the

order form and ask him to return MY property.

I think turning him back into his natural toad state would be ideal.

Hmmmm...maybe you should remind him that this is the very attitude

that landed him in the slammer recently? Still doesn't get that

basic rule in life---it isn't mine if I don't pay for it with MY OWN

money. Geesh.

> " That, " I snapped " Was all YOUR doing. " " No, " he said, " I didn't

Again...basic life principle. He doesn't have the right to CHOOSE to

stay around beating you up. Amazing.

I'm sorry, Salli. I wish I could believe that this is going to get

better, but I honestly doubt it. The man needs help he won't accept.

Someone? I think there would be a very long line....

I'm sorry, Lou may be AS, but as far as I'm concerned, he's just an ASS.
