Guest guest
Mark told me that he thinks you can sue...based on internet copyright laws. He works at the university here, designing web based instruction, and he says that they have to jump through all kinds of hoops to document where information they get online comes from, or risk being sued for " stealing " from others who have info online. Have you talked to a lawyer who specializes in copyright law? At the very least, I would think a well-worded letter to the publishing company on legal letterhead, citing specific references from Boone's site, would make them think twice about things... Raena (who is really burned up that you are getting blasted on one front for " exploiting " Boone, while helpless to keep genuine exploitation from happening)
