Guest guest
QWondered if anyone had any advice as to whether there i such a thing as a sleep clinic in england. I have been an insomniac since Jan 2000, and cannot get to sleep without total silence, and no movement (coped ok when DS was in same room, as I was just soooo tired, I fell asleep). Ocasionally I give it a go at sleeping together, but I get panicky when DH starts to go to sleep and breathes heavily, then I am convinced I wont sleep, and its a vicious circle. I am not depressed, stressed, or on medication, so I dont know why I am suffereing from this. I have only slept in the same room with my DH anout 7 times this year....he is very understanding, but we both really miss sleeping together, and I want to get my problem sorted out...without the help of tamazipan (which my dr prescribed!). Anyone got any similar experiences, and advice? Thanks alot, Mum to Rohan (7 mths)

It's actually a self-referral round here, but > you get the form from the HV > > Good luck! > > Vicki Portman > > http://www.plushpants.co.uk >
