Guest guest
An update, I am finding that eating either yogurt and/ or kefir helps with the same symptom. as the sauerkraut does. Sorry I cannot say for sure which it is as I make my own and my starter batch now has both kefir and yogurt in it I am about to try making sauerkraut again as I need it or kefir /yogurt with every meal for my stomach .. As I would prefer drinking sauerkraut juice to eating it I want to cut the costs .. Heck their is a limit to eating things I dislike that much. !!!--semiLOL== From my readings people find sauerkraut helps with candida, and with constipation too. nanci > > A few weeks ago I crashed and got my gallbladder problems and > kidney /bladder under control .
