I started glycine , lets see , 6 days ago. I had been having

constant pale poop for a month - This was a new symptom in

my 33 years of illness. It tied in with my last chelation

round which was too strong for my liver/gallbladder as this

started then , I had a severe crash where I got very

nauseas { an old symptom of 5 years past } and severe

weakness.

My bladder problems have improved with chelation so far. My

liver/gallbladder not. Pale poop is a sign that bile is not

ample enough and I had had nausea and the irritable bowel

since the beginning of my illness.

I started with a small dose as I have reacted badly to

aminos. GLutamine makes my liver even worse. So make sure

you start small. Stay at that dose for a few days before

increasing. Andy talks about the amounts on page155 of AI>

1-3 gm for nausea, 2-10 for digestive healing, and 2-20 to

reduce tremor

After two days things started to improve , BY day 6 all if

back to normal colour.

Glutamine can also act like glutamate (and MSG), so it is important

not to have excess or problems with your glutamate receptors.

one or two grams , 2 to 3 times a day.. between meals.. I

add it to my protein supplements , These are either whey { I

am good with sulfur, cysteine foods } or rice protein powder,

and for awhile hemp protein{ but that stuff tastes pretty

nasty and I am already working at getting down alot of

nasties !!!!}
