Ya, it looks pretty good - it's definitely got everything there, and the right

form of selenium. Weaknesses: no real vitamin A and the Vitamin C is totally

negligible for people like us. Also, a bit weak on the minerals, but oddly the

manganese is quite high (I believe a bit excessive).

I don't know if it's better, worse, or equivalent, but I use Perque2

life guard--at the bottom, after the marketing, is the actual

vitamin/mineral content. http://vitamins-today.com/perque_life_guard.html

No copper, no iron, but it does have beta-carotene instead of A.
