Wanda,

Could you give us your actual test number please.

I take it you are 35 year old female from New York? Test 209?

Thanks, kai

The specific hair test is #203 - 60 year old female, Grand Rapids, MI.  The

correct website is www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/hairtest2.html .  I

put in too many spaces in my original request.

Another concern I have is the calcium-magnesium-sodium-potassium correlation

where my values are all over the scale.  What's going on there?

Again, thanks for your insight!

Hi Wanda,

Your hair test does not meet the counting rules. It does however not 'look'

like a healthy test. Since your mineral transport is not deranged we can

trust the readings.

Notably you have very low mercury levels, and this often corresponds to

retention of mercury, so you may be catching this early before you start

showing signs of deranged mineral transport, or alternatively you are

supplementing well enough to make it look more normal.

Your supplements look like a very good list.

You have very low lithium and should supplement it in the form of Lithium

Orotate at 15-30mg with meals.

Your adrenal ratio is too low - have you tested your adrenals?

Your slightly fast metabolism can mean you require digestive enzymes and Vit

D (which you are taking).

>I increased the dose of DMSA too fast, so I'm lowering it back to 17.75 mg

>next round. All of my amalgams were replaced as of July 21, 2008.

What side-effects made you realize you increased too fast.

Lithium stabilizes moods. That's why mercury toxic people like us are such

edgy mad-hatters :-)

>What other supplements do you recommend?

I would test your temperatures to check if your Armour dose is enough, and

unstable temperatures indicate adrenal problems.

Consider Adrenal Cortex, since adrenal support is missing from your list.

The TSH will be low when on thyroid meds, so you can ignore that, but yes

the T3 is high. Again, what are your temperatures?

Thanks,
