Are you able to tolerate nuts? According to my records, only peanuts

are high sulfur. If you can tolerate nuts, try some of the SCD baked

goods with nut flour (almond, hazelnut, pecan). They'll give plenty of

calories; take it from me! A lot of them call for butter (which is

high sulfur) but you could probably use olive oil instead. If you

don't digest the nuts well, try soaking them a la Nourishing Traditions.

the GAPS book by natasha mcbride has some good SCD recipes. try this:

Muffins

2 ripe bananas

2 c almond flour

4-8 T coconut oil - liquid

1 packet gelatin - mix in half cup hot water

Mix together and out in muffin cups at 350 for 15-20 mins. So good.

Spread with almond butter or some other nut butter. or put avocado and

tomato slices on top.
