According to my records, only peanuts are high sulfur. If you can tolerate nuts, try some of the SCD baked goods with nut flour (almond, hazelnut, pecan). They'll give plenty of calories; take it from me! A lot of them call for butter (which is high sulfur) but you could probably use olive oil instead. Guest guest Posted September 1, 2008 Report Share Posted September 1, 2008 the GAPS book by natasha mcbride has some good SCD recipes. try this: Muffins 2 ripe bananas 2 c almond flour 4-8 T coconut oil - liquid 1 packet gelatin - mix in half cup hot water Mix together and out in muffin cups at 350 for 15-20 mins.
