Guest guest
Thanks for asking your dr. about me. I tried to ask the PA on Tuesday about it but she poohpoohed me. The pain was not my imagination! Maybe with the all the chemo building up it is just my time for the tingles to get worse! The PA also told me to get Claritan for the headaches but I think I'll try the Advil you suggested! thanks for the help! donna brencolinmom@... wrote: Hi Donna: Congrats on another round of chemo. I had day one of round 7 today and I asked my oncologist about the sudden onset of your symptoms. I am told that it is unusual for it to affect you so suddenly. I feel what you described as occasional tingles in my fingers. As for headaches, I have them also and they are bad. I was told not to take Tylenol because I had a liver met and it isn't good for the liver. Try Advil; Aleve is also good but Advil is faster working. Guest guest
Those symptoms built up ( and are STILL building up) in me the same way. There is also something called the " coasting effect " whereby the effects continue to build up, even after you have stopped taking the drug. Hang in there...
