I would think that balancing your cortisol-adrenaline would be more beneficial. The people that I have known with high Na/Mg ratio's are usually anxious and high strung. Taking cortisol has helped them a lot. What are your emotional symptoms with regard to anxiousness, nervousness etc. What was your hair test number again?
