Guest guest
Rob I have been chelating for 6 months. First I found the chelation seemed to make me more constipated..From what I have read mercury may have this effect and it may be a sign that your body's detox abilities (cia stoll) need support in mag/vitamin C/fibre etc. This happened for maybe the first 4-6 weeks whilst I ws mostly on dmsa Then when I switched to dmps (last 4.50 months) and in addition I feel that my bodies detox ability was better, I have found for much of this time, I have had a very loose and mostly voluminous stool (sorry for being graphic here). Its less runny than it was 3 months ago, but still pretty loose. I take a lot of mag and vitamin C so that may be part of it I just presumed this to be a function of my body getting rid of a lot more toxins. It has increased even more in volume while on T3 so again I think (IMO) that its partly due to more toxins being released and thank gods its coming out from somewhere > > I was hoping to extend my usual rounds from 3 days to 7, but diarrhea > has hit me after 4 and a half days. I think its the result of the round > and not something I ate. Is this a 'normal' problem? It started after I had stopped the round. I had severe constipation since the beginning of getting ill 33 years ago .. And it was only through high doses of magnesium and vit c that I could go .. I am now on the run more and am experimenting with lowering my dose of mag and vit c.. This has lasted the whole 10 days since my last round, plus my pain in my upper GI has really improved so I see that my liver is working better-- I have alot of lead and mercury so attribute it to the metals having been eliminated to help my poor little ole liver..
