8oz of tuna is about 30mcg of methyl mercury. That's as much as in a vaccine.

So yes, after eating tuna, you should be very careful about chelation. You

probably won't need to wait 3 months before using ALA, since methyl mercury

goes right to your brain, and quickly. I'm not sure what the excretion half

life of mHg in the body (as opposed to brain) is, but I'm guessing it is lower

than the average of 77 days for inorganic Hg.

(There is a link to a mercury-in-fish calculator here:

http://www.nrdc.org/health/effects/mercury/tuna.asp)

As for the fluorescent bulb, that would lead to ongoing exposure. I don't know

how much mercury is in such a bulb, so I don't know how serious it is, but my

impression from reading around on AM & FDC is that it is something to take

seriously.

As for the apparently no mercury vaccine - I believe the " trace " levels of

mercury are from 1 to 3 mcg/dose. That is significant. If they claim there is

none at all, well ... I'm not sure I believe them, frankly. I really don't

know as they have retooled their whole assembly lines. That's a huge capital

expense. And, I've seen admitted examples of pharmcos including inserts that

were not accurate and had admissions.

But then - I would never consider ever allowing anyone to stick a needle into

me again.

Dave.

Why would I need to avoid ALA if the vaccine insert lists nothing?

Thats like saying I had tuna fish, or broke a fluorescent lightbulb,

stop chelating for three months? Just curious?
