Guest guest
Hi everyone, I just had to post to ask for some sympathy from you all, as you are good at that sort of thing. Most of you will know that DS had his circumcision 2 weeks ago. Well, the operation went well in itself, but DS had to stay in overnight as he couldn't wee. We have had 2 weeks of awful scabs and incessant heavy bleeding (no- one could help, they just said it will stop, don't worry (!!)) Now, although the bleeding has stopped and the scabs have at last fallen off, he is totally blocked every morning and we spent last Thursday in hospital again trying to unblock it. It is still blocked every morning and needs bathing to clear it. On top of all that, he now has Chicken Pox too! AAAAAGGGGRRGGGGHHH!! So now he can't go to school with everyone else on Wednesday and I've just been hanging on in there waiting for my break. I could cry if I wasn't so busy trying to keep him cheerful - the only thing that makes him smile is the thought of not going to school :-(( Looking forward to a normal life again.... Guest guest
Really sorry to hear about this complication, Ruth, specially as this procedure is, as you know, done routinely to all males with us, and there are very few problems indeed. I hope he will soon be feeling well and forget all about this trauma to his bits! Guest guest
Ruth Hope Ds is feeling better.. The lotion I was recommended by my gp when Phoebe had Chicken pox was Lacto Calamine and I found it worked well ;o) Lonnie Phoebe & Eloisa's mama & expecting a Christmas delivery... My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you start. So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake. I feel better already.
