Right now about 6 or 8 a day. We have 16 so before long we will have eggs running out our ears.. The big onewas a double yolk.. I called that one an omelet.. Barb, got 7 today two green one pink.... we have egg salad, tuna salad, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, fried- over easy-well done. Custardand anything else we can come up with THEN HEART ATTACH.... did you ever make a "Kugel"? it's a noodle pudding made with eggs and other stuff

my favorites are dairy Kugels made with cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, stuff like that

i use about 6 eggs per pound of noodles

there are many variations

it's one ofthe things that i make extra, cut up and freeze in individual servings
