From Andy on electrolytes:

Check out pedialyte, uncolored gatorade, or make it yourself

replacement

recipes like 1 tbsp each epsom salts and table salt, 1/4 tsp potassium

chloride

(dark blue canister salt substitute) and 1/2 tsp baking soda in 2 qts

water to

drink throughout the day. Add anything reasonable for taste and flavoring.

On the potassium chloride, make sure not to take any more than 1/2tsp

per day, as overuse can cause dangerous heart arhythmias.

Dave.

.... how much salt can I take? Is it better to take sea salt?

.... Is it harmful to take too much salt?

....Does this help the diarrhea?

Thank you!
