Look for " Dry vitamin E " capsules, which usually don't contain

soybean oil. I also have a soy allergy, and I've learned the hard way

to carefully read the labels. Beware of bread, salad dressings, sauces,

multivitamins, and fish oil preserved with " natural vitamin E. "
