Hi!

I had low minerals in the DDI test, someone suggested SCD. Now, I am

on the 11day. Eating more meat and vegetables. I take extra enzymes. I

have tried different supplements, like chrom, zink and so on. And now I

really do not tolerate it ! Before I did!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING?

My heart rate raise ,my pupils go wide, and I feel strange.

Do vitamins and minerals make more mercury go in the bloodstream?

Can I react badly to supplement have anything to do whit thyroid problems?

How long must I follow the diet do you think? I was tested for

candida, they found nothing.

confused girl,

livene,

I feel for you and I am sorry for you pain!!! I do understand and I

keep wondering what helped me....it sounds just like me a couple of

years ago...still some things make me feel that way.

Perhaps you need to go back to basics. Do a rotation diet with very

limited food items and keep a very detailed food diary.

Have you done any blood allergy testing?

Could you start again at the basics of your supplements and get them

with no soy or not in caps, or take stuff out of caps...

I can't remember all the things you have done. I know for a time my

body went wild. My body was just one reaction after another.

I am as confused as you are about what your body is doing.

Keep us posted and hopefully someone else will be able to be helpful.
