Write to Health Canada, list all of the supplements that you want to

buy from the US (because they are cheaper) and ask for a letter of

permission to bring them to Canada.

I don't know what else to do because they keep changing their

regulations. Sometimes one thing is outlawed, then it is available

and another is outlawed.
