Hi Jen,

I can't answer your other questions about adrenals but I use

himalayan crystal salt for low blood pressure as it doesn't make our

bodies work hard like table salt does and also contains 84 minerals

that our bodies need. Sea salt I dont use - I am wary of anyhting

coming from the sea due to mercury and many of the minerals can't be

absorbed due to the crystaline structure. It might be worth looking

Himalayan crystal salt up if you don't already use it as sodium

chloride can be toxic to our bodies especially if you need to take a

lot of it.

You can make a brine by dissolving the himalayan salt in a jar of

water and keep adding salt until there are still slt crystals at the

bottom of the jar then the solution has become 25% saturated and is

the most absorbable form. I take 1 tsp of this brine mixed with water

every morning and then add the salt to my food throughout the day.

You may need to take much more than that throughout the day.

My BP has been 81/51 some days until I tried this. The good thing is

it can also balance blood pressure so I believe your body only

absorbs what it needs from this salt and they say it can also help

normalise high blood pressure.

I hope this isn't too off topic!

Ohhhhhh, I've been using sea salt. Never thought about it containing

Hg. I'll look for the other stuff. Thanks! 81/51 -- yipes! I don't

think I could drink the water. I accidentally drank some seawater on

a fishing boat once and have been queasy about salty water every

since. ha...
