Guest guest
Mine's been low as long as I can remember. This spring I was hovering around 96/65 and wasn't feeling good and when I upped the salt intake (I know that adrenal deficiency results in sodium loss and I can't seem to get enough salt on anything) I would feel somewhat better and it would bring my pressure up to 103/69 or so. Well...today...I'm at 86/56 and the weird thing is that I felt really good today. I had been shopping for several hours before taking it so maybe I was depleted just from having been running errands all afternoon. I'm sure AI has some good adrenal info (I'd like to shout out a big thank you to for gifting me his extra copy -- I will indeed be paying it forward. ) but if anyone has any suggestions in the meantime...Do I just make sure I'm getting enough salt? I'm taking adrenal cortex (3 per day, have been on it for nearly 2 years now with a five month break) and 7-keto. I've been on a low salicylate diet and have been feeling consistently good. Does blood pressure vary that much from hour to hour? That kind of freaked me out. Thx... Jen
Guest guest
I had low blood pressure for years -- as low as 85 / 55. I tried many things (including drinking sodium - potassium water/tea, which gives temporary relief) but I believe what helped was B-12 shots (despite high serum B-12).
